Stage 1: The Planning
We’re dedicated to making every single one of our performance unique and tailored to our clients’ individual tastes.
So, when you book our singing waiters for you wedding, party or corporate event, we will start by getting to know you and your vision for the event.
We will do everything we can to accommodate your special requests. This is to make the show as personal to you as possible. We will discuss the set list, the performance style and offer our own ideas that you may not have thought of.

Stage 2: The Preparation
Next, we get to work designing your bespoke package. From our team of professionally trained singing waiters, we select the performers that will make the perfect fit for your event.
Your singing waiters will learn and rehearse the show right down to the fine details. We work alongside the DJ and the venue staff to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
Our priority is removing the stress of booking live entertainment. On the day of your event we ensure everything is prepared and in place so you can sit back and watch the show unfurl.

Stage 3: The Performance
On the big day, we arrive in disguise ahead of your guests.
We slip into our waiter uniform and serve your unsuspecting guests. We get to know the audience before the performance even begins, building a rapport with your friends, family and colleagues.
To maximise the surprise factor, we will serve your guests for at least one hour before making the big reveal at the perfect moment.
Perhaps we trip over with a handful of plates in our hands or a ‘fake’ wedding cake may slip from our grip. Whatever the reveal, we make sure it wows your guests and has them talking for long after the party ends.
