Real Weddings | Our singing waiters cap off a perfect day for Ashley and Joe

Welcome to the final chapter in our series of blog posts profiling some of the most memorable weddings our singing waiters have performed for.

This time, we spoke with Ashley and Joe who were married at the incredible Peckforton Castle in November 2019.

We hope you enjoy reading about their special day how their singing waiters made it even more memorable.

Hi Ashley and Joe! Tell us why you chose Peckforton Castle for your big day?

We were originally planning on going abroad for the wedding and had never heard of the venue before. It was my Mum and Dad who told us about it as they actually wanted to get married there.

My Mum was unfortunately diagnosed with breast cancer and couldn’t go ahead with her wedding plans, but she raved so much about how beautiful the venue was and convinced me to go and take a look at it.

Of course, we fell in love with it and she was so happy that we got married there. It really meant a lot to her.

What style did you choose for your wedding?

With it being a late afternoon and a winter wedding, I wanted something really cosy with lots of candles. We used Blue Horseshoe as our wedding decorators and they totally blew me away with how beautiful it looked on the day.

Did you enjoy the singing waiters performance?

We loved every second, from start to finish. It was the perfect day and without sounding too cheesy, you guys really did make it so special.

Even now our friends and family say it was the highlight of the day!

Why did you choose the undercover waiters?

We saw a performance at a wedding fair in Elland Road back in early 2019. We had never even known of an act like this before so when we saw them, we were in stitches and amazed by how they got the (completely sober) crowd dancing along on their chairs!

Everyone was smiling, laughing and dancing; I just knew we needed them for our day!

What were your singing waiters like?

Well firstly, Michael and Adam are genunley such lovely, firendly people that you just can’t help but like.

All of our guests commented on how “sound” (to use the scouse term) they both were.

None of the guests expected the show and were blown away by how good their singing was and how hilarious they were as an act.

I wish I had booked them for a longer set because they were honestly that good! Everyone was up on their feet and they totally lifted the atmosphere after dinner!

Is there anything you’d like to say to anyone thinking of booking singing waiters for their wedding?

The show was an absolute 10/10. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

They were so professional, yet you can see how much they love their jobs.

My wedding day would definitely not have been as fabulous as it was without The Undercover Waiters!
