Customer service is paramount to our business and we are always happy to have a chat over the phone or even to arrange a local meet up for a coffee with you to go through everything.

After all, you are considering booking us for one of the most important days of your life and we will do all we can to ensure it is exactly as you planned.


1Can we pick the songs or do you have list of songs to choose from?

This has got to be one of the most popular questions asked.

What we advise is that you take on our professional opinion and allow us to do what we do best.

Our song choices all have a reason and a purpose behind them and the set list has been crafted to ensure we have all the guests singing, dancing, napkin waving and of course doing the conga (space permitting).

A vast range of songs are sung and again this is to ensure the whole wedding party has a song they can either sing or dance along too.

Everyone loves rolling down the river to Proud Mary and singing along to My girl or Daydream Believer (trust us)!

2How do you do the reveal?

Our team of skilled performers have a few tricks up our sleeve when we do our reveal.

We are also happy to work with our couples on the surprise element as sometimes you give us some fabulous ideas which we do use.

3How much is the deposit and when is my final balance due?

The deposit is 20% + VAT of whichever package you choose.

The final balance is due 60 days prior to your wedding, we are also happy to spread the cost of our services on a pay monthly scheme at no extra cost.

4When do you perform through the day?

We blend in seamlessly with the staff at the venue and help serve the starters and the main course, you may even find us on the doors welcoming you and your guests in to the room where the wedding breakfast is served.

The singing set and reveal takes place after the main course. This is to ensure we get maximum surprise effect and all of your guests are in the room.

5I’ve booked you and paid my deposit what happens now?
You just sit back and relax knowing that you have booked some fantastic entertainment which will leave you and your guests with memories to last a lifetime.

We will be in touch with your final balance invoice approximately 90 days prior to your wedding.

The week before your big day we will contact your venue and arrange everything with them including, our arrival and set up time, our specific uniform requirements and sending over a relevant insurance certificates.

6Do you speak to the venue?
Yes, we will speak to the venue to arrange arrival & set up times, what to wear as well also timings of the event.
7Do you use your own equipment?
Yes we do. We provide a full PA system with radio mics. All of our performers are fully insured with Public Liability cover of up to £10,000,000. All electrical equipment is also PAT tested and certificates will be sent to your venue when required.
8How far do you travel?

We cover the whole of the UK as well as Europe and beyond… getting married abroad, no problem!

We can always do with topping up our tans!

9There are a lot of you, can I request a specific waiter/waitress?

Yes you can, but this will be all be dependant on availability. We usually book 18 months to two years in advance and the team is ever growing.

Whichever performers you have on the day will do a fantastic job and leave you and your guests with memories to last a lifetime!

10Do you serve food and/or drinks
Yes we do, the whole idea is to blend in with the venue staff so your guests do not realise who we are until we spring the surprise!
11Can I keep this a secret from my partner?
Definitely! You tell only who you want to know! The less people that know we have been booked the better the surprise on the day.
12How much contact do I have with you?

As much or as little as you like!

13How much do you cost?

14How many waiters/waitresses can I book? And does it depend on my final numbers?

We recommend a minimum of two waiters as the show always works best this way and is our most popular choice.
