Customer service is paramount to our business and we are always happy to have a chat over the phone or even to arrange a local meet up for a coffee with you to go through everything.

After all, you are considering booking us for one of the most important days of your life and we will do all we can to ensure it is exactly as you planned.


1When do you perform through the day?

We blend in seamlessly with the staff at the venue and help serve the starters and the main course, you may even find us on the doors welcoming you and your guests in to the room where the wedding breakfast is served.

The singing set and reveal takes place after the main course. This is to ensure we get maximum surprise effect and all of your guests are in the room.

2Do you speak to the venue?
Yes, we will speak to the venue to arrange arrival & set up times, what to wear as well also timings of the event.
3Do you use your own equipment?
Yes we do. We provide a full PA system with radio mics. All of our performers are fully insured with Public Liability cover of up to £10,000,000. All electrical equipment is also PAT tested and certificates will be sent to your venue when required.
4Can I request songs?

Of course you can!

However, we would also strongly advise that you take on our professional opinion and allow us to do what we do best.

Our song choices all have a reason and a purpose behind them and the set list has been crafted to get all guests singing, dancing, napkin waving and doing the conga if space permits!

We get through a range of numbers to ensure there is something for the whole wedding party to enjoy.

Everyone loves rolling down the river to Proud Mary and singing along to My girl or Daydream Believer (trust us!)

5How far do you travel?
We cover the whole of the UK as well as Europe and beyond… getting married abroad, no problem!
6There are a lot of you, can I request a specific waiter/waitress?
Yes you can, depending upon availability
7Do you serve food and/or drinks
Yes we do, the whole idea is to blend in with the venue staff so your guests do not realise who we are until we spring the surprise!
8Can I keep this a secret from my guests?
Definitely! You tell only who you want to know!
9How do you do the reveal?

We have a few tricks up our sleeve when we do our reveal and pride ourselves on being a little more original than ‘dropping a tray’ or ‘falling over..

We also are happy to work with our couples on the surprise element as sometimes our couples give us some fabulous ideas which we do use.

The scenario can be picked from one in our catalogue or we can work to together to do a brand new one bespoke to you.

10How much contact do I have with you?
As much as you like! We pride ourselves on our customer service to make your event as special as possible.
11How much do you cost?
Our prices are very competitive. Send us a message and we would be happy to send you a quote.
12How many waiters/waitresses can I book?
That’s up to you. We recommend a minimum of 2 waiters but if you want one, four or more we are more happy to do this.
13Do I pay a deposit?

To secure your date we do ask for a non-refundable booking fee which is 20% plus VAT of whichever package you choose.

The final balance is due 60 days prior to your wedding, and we are also happy to spread the cost of our services on a pay monthly scheme at no extra cost.

Once your booking is confirmed, you can sit back and relax knowing that you have booked some fantastic entertainment which will leave you and your guests with memories to last a lifetime.

14I have booked waiters but would like the Undercover Police instead, can I change my booking?
Yes you can, depending upon availability
