Picture this, whilst you enjoy your dinner, we’ll be hiding amongst your venue’s catering team, serving your unsuspecting guests.
We love nothing more than building a rapport with your guests and being a bit cheeky with them before revealing ourselves as Singing Waiters.
You can book singing waiters as a solo show, a duo, all of the way up to four-piece waiter spectacular. The choice is yours and we have a full range of services available.
We believe in true professionalism. Every single one of our singing waiters has been hand-picked from rigorous auditions, only the very best will do.
Blending in with the regular waiting staff, The Undercover Waiters will liaise with the Head Waiter on the day. This ensures that the delivery of food runs smoothly (until the surprise element of course). They will always communicate with you before the event to make sure we deliver exactly what it is you require on the day itself.

11 September 2021I saw the Undercover waiters at York Racecouse Wedding fair and I knew I had to book them! My husband kept saying it would be too cringey before the wedding but once the performance started he turned to me and said he'd eaten his words and was so glad I'd booked them. All of our guests loved it and so many came up to me afterwards asking where I'd found them and that it made the day. It was definitely a memorable wedding and I think that was down to the Undercover waiters! Thank you so much for being part of out day

7 August 2017We had the honour of having Michael and Andy perform at our wedding at the weekend. They blended in with the waiting staff very easily (even to the point that we struggled to pick them out!). Once they broke character, they instantly had all the guests on side. Our guests ranged from 5 months to 85 years old. They made sure everyone had an amazing time and got everyone into the party mood with their incredible voices. We have had so many people saying it was the best wedding they had been to and they specified that the waiters were the highlight of the day (apart from the ceremony!). We would recommend The Undercover Waiters to anyone and everyone and are so happy we found them at a local wedding fair!

I booked the undercover waiters over 2 and half years ago, but with the pandemic we had to postpone twice, each time Micheal’s communication was second to none, you always replied quickly and we I was never left waiting long for a reply with was always so cheery. You always made sure you was able to change our date, which I am so grateful for. On our wedding day only Me my mum and sister knew about it. Stevey was amazing they way he fell over then started singing. Not only did he sing our little girls favourite two songs he’s had us all up dancing Thank you so much for everything you’ve done throughout the pandemic and being a part of our day making it even more special you really are all amazing. 16 October 2021I booked the undercover waiters in secret for my wedding in September and my god were they worth it. The look on my Husbands, and all the guest faces is something I wont forget in a hurry. They got everyone up dancing, and in the party mood. Every single guest doing the conga was a highlight. One of my guests was heavily pregnant and couldn’t participate and it melted my heart that Michael sat with her whilst singing so she was not on her own. Michael and Adam are just the dream duo, I watch videos over and over from our day. It was a pure joy and I can’t thank them enough. Thank you for helping make our day perfect. 💕

If you are booking a wedding, these guys are an absolute must! If a wedding day can ever be topped it’s with the undercover waiters there! It was a surprise my mrs booked and I was completely baffled! She said the service from booking, the communication throughout and the end product was 5*. LET THEM CATER FOR YOU!

Every single one of our 103 guests were on their feet from the minute they began leaving us all wanting more. Frequently Asked Questions
Can we pick the songs or do you have list of songs to choose from?
This has got to be one of the most popular questions asked.
What we advise is that you take on our professional opinion and allow us to do what we do best.
Our song choices all have a reason and a purpose behind them and the set list has been crafted to ensure we have all the guests singing, dancing, napkin waving and of course doing the conga (space permitting).
A vast range of songs are sung and again this is to ensure the whole wedding party has a song they can either sing or dance along too.
Everyone loves rolling down the river to Proud Mary and singing along to My girl or Daydream Believer (trust us)!
How do you do the reveal?
Our team of skilled performers have a few tricks up our sleeve when we do our reveal.
We are also happy to work with our couples on the surprise element as sometimes you give us some fabulous ideas which we do use.
How much is the deposit and when is my final balance due?
The deposit is 20% + VAT of whichever package you choose.
The final balance is due 60 days prior to your wedding, we are also happy to spread the cost of our services on a pay monthly scheme at no extra cost.
When do you perform through the day?
We blend in seamlessly with the staff at the venue and help serve the starters and the main course, you may even find us on the doors welcoming you and your guests in to the room where the wedding breakfast is served.
The singing set and reveal takes place after the main course. This is to ensure we get maximum surprise effect and all of your guests are in the room.
I’ve booked you and paid my deposit what happens now?
You just sit back and relax knowing that you have booked some fantastic entertainment which will leave you and your guests with memories to last a lifetime.
We will be in touch with your final balance invoice approximately 90 days prior to your wedding.
The week before your big day we will contact your venue and arrange everything with them including, our arrival and set up time, our specific uniform requirements and sending over a relevant insurance certificates.
Do you speak to the venue?
Yes, we will speak to the venue to arrange arrival & set up times, what to wear as well also timings of the event.
Do you use your own equipment?
Yes we do. We provide a full PA system with radio mics. All of our performers are fully insured with Public Liability cover of up to £10,000,000. All electrical equipment is also PAT tested and certificates will be sent to your venue when required.
How far do you travel?
We cover the whole of the UK as well as Europe and beyond… getting married abroad, no problem!
We can always do with topping up our tans!
There are a lot of you, can I request a specific waiter/waitress?
Yes you can, but this will be all be dependant on availability. We usually book 18 months to two years in advance and the team is ever growing.
Whichever performers you have on the day will do a fantastic job and leave you and your guests with memories to last a lifetime!
Do you serve food and/or drinks
Yes we do, the whole idea is to blend in with the venue staff so your guests do not realise who we are until we spring the surprise!
Can I keep this a secret from my partner?
Definitely! You tell only who you want to know! The less people that know we have been booked the better the surprise on the day.
How much contact do I have with you?
As much or as little as you like!

How many waiters/waitresses can I book? And does it depend on my final numbers?
We recommend a minimum of two waiters as the show always works best this way and is our most popular choice.
