Picture this, whilst you enjoy your dinner, we’ll be hiding amongst your venue’s catering team, serving your unsuspecting guests.
We love nothing more than building a rapport with your guests and being a bit cheeky with them before revealing ourselves as Singing Waiters.
You can book singing waiters as a solo show, a duo, all of the way up to four-piece waiter spectacular. The choice is yours and we have a full range of services available.
We believe in true professionalism. Every single one of our singing waiters has been hand-picked from rigorous auditions, only the very best will do.
Blending in with the regular waiting staff, The Undercover Waiters will liaise with the Head Waiter on the day. This ensures that the delivery of food runs smoothly (until the surprise element of course). They will always communicate with you before the event to make sure we deliver exactly what it is you require on the day itself.

On 20th June my son got married and as a surprise his new mother in law arranged for the Undercover Waiters. Absolutely brilliant. They were, as we all thought, just part of the staff. Very good at that they were too. Then after dinner they started to everyones amazement. Can't tell you how superb they were. Great voices and great music. Every celebration should have them. 22 May 2017We got married on the 25th aug this year and had the wonderful surprise of one of your waiters! Well what can I say, he completely got the wedding party into party mode! Would absolutely recommend to anyone absolutely fabulous! Laughed from start to finish, only downside was I wanted him to carry on for the entire day/night. Everyone one of my guests commented on it more than anything else lol. Thankyou for making my day so memorable and even more special!!!!!! 👌👏xx

The best thing is, it’s a secret from the guests! Everyone loved you. The funniest moment was one of you tripping over and my auntie said you should be sacked 😂 unknown to what you really were doing 🙈. A side from what you do, you both are such lovely people and I hope to see you perform again in the future because I don’t think I can go never seeing you do this again. Top suppliers 😁💜

I first found The Undercover Waiters Ltd on Facebook through recommendations and from the initial enquiry we KNEW they would be the perfect ones to make our day special. So after booking we knew we were in safe hands, even having to swap the dates a couple of times wasn't an issue!! The room was buzzing and it really set us up for a great evening reception. EVERYONE was talking about them and said how brilliant they were. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! Michael and Clare performed at the Aurora Children’s Foundation Spring Ball yesterday evening and words cannot possibly describe how fantastic they both were! Their voices blew me away and their interaction with the guests was fabulous. Everyone was up and dancing and they could not stop talking about how incredible they were. I highly recommend to everyone, I promise you won’t be disappointed! And I would also just like to add that Michael is such a wonderful kind person, I will be enterally grateful for his support!

25 February 2019Back when I was first started to plan our wedding I came across The Undercover Waiters, I knew instantly that I had to book them! We had many postponements and was so pleased that they could do our last and final date! WOW they did not disappoint! From the cheeky winks whilst helping with the wedding breakfast I couldn’t wait for them to start. Other than my Husband and my parents it was a total surprise for the whole room! Seeing everyone smile was my highlight! The whole room got up to dance and do the conga! Everyone is still talking about it now! Can we pick the songs or do you have list of songs to choose from?
This has got to be one of the most popular questions asked.
What we advise is that you take on our professional opinion and allow us to do what we do best.
Our song choices all have a reason and a purpose behind them and the set list has been crafted to ensure we have all the guests singing, dancing, napkin waving and of course doing the conga (space permitting).
A vast range of songs are sung and again this is to ensure the whole wedding party has a song they can either sing or dance along too.
Everyone loves rolling down the river to Proud Mary and singing along to My girl or Daydream Believer (trust us)!
How do you do the reveal?
Our team of skilled performers have a few tricks up our sleeve when we do our reveal.
We are also happy to work with our couples on the surprise element as sometimes you give us some fabulous ideas which we do use.
How much is the deposit and when is my final balance due?
The deposit is 20% + VAT of whichever package you choose.
The final balance is due 60 days prior to your wedding, we are also happy to spread the cost of our services on a pay monthly scheme at no extra cost.
When do you perform through the day?
We blend in seamlessly with the staff at the venue and help serve the starters and the main course, you may even find us on the doors welcoming you and your guests in to the room where the wedding breakfast is served.
The singing set and reveal takes place after the main course. This is to ensure we get maximum surprise effect and all of your guests are in the room.
I’ve booked you and paid my deposit what happens now?
You just sit back and relax knowing that you have booked some fantastic entertainment which will leave you and your guests with memories to last a lifetime.
We will be in touch with your final balance invoice approximately 90 days prior to your wedding.
The week before your big day we will contact your venue and arrange everything with them including, our arrival and set up time, our specific uniform requirements and sending over a relevant insurance certificates.
Do you speak to the venue?
Yes, we will speak to the venue to arrange arrival & set up times, what to wear as well also timings of the event.
Do you use your own equipment?
Yes we do. We provide a full PA system with radio mics. All of our performers are fully insured with Public Liability cover of up to £10,000,000. All electrical equipment is also PAT tested and certificates will be sent to your venue when required.
How far do you travel?
We cover the whole of the UK as well as Europe and beyond… getting married abroad, no problem!
We can always do with topping up our tans!
There are a lot of you, can I request a specific waiter/waitress?
Yes you can, but this will be all be dependant on availability. We usually book 18 months to two years in advance and the team is ever growing.
Whichever performers you have on the day will do a fantastic job and leave you and your guests with memories to last a lifetime!
Do you serve food and/or drinks
Yes we do, the whole idea is to blend in with the venue staff so your guests do not realise who we are until we spring the surprise!
Can I keep this a secret from my partner?
Definitely! You tell only who you want to know! The less people that know we have been booked the better the surprise on the day.
How much contact do I have with you?
As much or as little as you like!

How many waiters/waitresses can I book? And does it depend on my final numbers?
We recommend a minimum of two waiters as the show always works best this way and is our most popular choice.
