You can book singing waiters as a solo show, a duo, all of the way up to four-piece waiter spectacular. The choice is yours and we have a full range of services available.
We believe in true professionalism. Every single one of our singing waiters has been hand-picked from rigorous auditions, only the very best will do.
Blending in with the regular waiting staff, The Undercover Waiters will liaise with the Head Waiter on the day. This ensures that the delivery of food runs smoothly (until the surprise element of course). They will always communicate with you before the event to make sure we deliver exactly what it is you require on the day itself.

We hired the Undercover Waiters after hearing about them through a friend. I asked them on their feedback from their wedding day and they couldn’t speak more highly of the guys and how it made such a difference on their day. I could not agree more! If you are thinking about hiring these guys, just do it. One of the biggest highlights of my day was looking at all our wedding guests, singing, dancing on tables and swinging napkins in the air - the energy in the room was just amazing. You can really tell this from our pictures too! Such an amazing experience and I am so so happy we decided to go ahead and get them booked in. Thank you so much for making our day so special 💞

24 June 2021Michael and Adam were the waiters that attended my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding on Saturday 9th July! They were absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived serving our welcome drinks to announcing who they actually were! They kept in character at all times even receiving request from guests as we all thought they were the real venue staff. If you want to play a prank on your guest at your wedding or event these guys are awesome and it’s so much fun, they definitely set the mood and got the party started! Wow, where to even start! We first saw the undercover waiters at a wedding show and we loved them from the get go. I emailed Michael as soon as we got home to book. From the first communication Michael was incredible, he was professional yet approachable and made the whole booking experience so easy. On the day Michael & Adam were absolutely fantastic, they made our wedding 1000% better than we could have ever hoped it could be. All our guests commented on how fun they were and how much fun they’d had with them. The experience is definitely something we will never forget. My mum, whose notoriously difficult to please couldn’t stop smiling when they were preforming, which is the hugest level of praise possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael and his team to anyone who asked. 5* doesn’t even come close to it. Thank you again, Michael & Adam for being so amazing and making our wedding day dreams more than a reality.

30 March 2022We booked these waiters for our wedding after seeing them at a wedding fair they looked amazing. I was so excited only for them to ring the venue half an hour before they where due to arrive and cancel because they had “Covid” I’m fully aware that covid is around and obviously they can’t come if they do have it but surely if you know you are going to an event you test yourself in the morning not 30 mins before you leave this way they could have tried to find a replacement, or the very least let me is know earlier. So I would not recommend. On I positive note I did get a quick refund, but was still very disappointing

8 March 2022The undercover waiters attended our wedding venue Horseshoe Farm Weddings and Events for a private family party on 1st August. They were an absolute blast! We're so glad we booked them. They were so much fun, brought all the energy to the afternoon and all round great people to have met. We hired the Undercover Waiters for our charity summer ball and they were fantastic!! So many compliments on the night and they helped us smash our target in fundraising! All the guests were up dancing and we must say that this was our best ball because of them! We would love to hire them again in the future and we highly recommend them! If you want your guests to have the best time both day and night I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but these guys to get the party started! 4 March 2017We booked the undercover waiters back in 2019 for our wedding in 2022 as we knew how booked up they are! They were the first people I actually booked, before my dress, florist etc because we just knew it would not be the same without them and omg! We was completely right! They were so professional but so friendly at the same time, they MADE our wedding! We just didn’t want it to end! Every single one of our guests, old and young, were up on their feet with not a care in the world! Thank you so much undercover waiters for making out special day even more special! 🤍🤍🤍

They came to perform at our wedding and it was the best part of the day, they had us all up on our feet even the grooms 78 year old grandma was dancing around the room. Fantastic singers and entertainment during the meal. I would 100% recommend the singing waiters!

5 November 2017We booked The Undercover Waiters for our wedding on 06/11/2021 and it really was the highlight of our day. Andy and Stevie were absolutely amazing 🤩 From the initial surprise, where one of our friends jumped out of his seat to help Andy up and being mortified when he realised it was an act, everyone conga-ing around the whole venue and our Nanny Julie being serenaded we couldn't have asked for more. Well I could I wish we had booked the platinum package and had them with us for the night too as I didn't want them to finish. We cannot thank you all enough and I'm going to find every possible excuse to have another party so I can book you again ❤️

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we pick the songs or do you have list of songs to choose from?
This has got to be one of the most popular questions asked.
What we advise is that you take on our professional opinion and allow us to do what we do best.
Our song choices all have a reason and a purpose behind them and the set list has been crafted to ensure we have all the guests singing, dancing, napkin waving and of course doing the conga (space permitting).
A vast range of songs are sung and again this is to ensure the whole wedding party has a song they can either sing or dance along too.
Everyone loves rolling down the river to Proud Mary and singing along to My girl or Daydream Believer (trust us)!
How do you do the reveal?
Our team of skilled performers have a few tricks up our sleeve when we do our reveal.
We are also happy to work with our couples on the surprise element as sometimes you give us some fabulous ideas which we do use.
How much is the deposit and when is my final balance due?
The deposit is 20% + VAT of whichever package you choose.
The final balance is due 60 days prior to your wedding, we are also happy to spread the cost of our services on a pay monthly scheme at no extra cost.
When do you perform through the day?
We blend in seamlessly with the staff at the venue and help serve the starters and the main course, you may even find us on the doors welcoming you and your guests in to the room where the wedding breakfast is served.
The singing set and reveal takes place after the main course. This is to ensure we get maximum surprise effect and all of your guests are in the room.
I’ve booked you and paid my deposit what happens now?
You just sit back and relax knowing that you have booked some fantastic entertainment which will leave you and your guests with memories to last a lifetime.
We will be in touch with your final balance invoice approximately 90 days prior to your wedding.
The week before your big day we will contact your venue and arrange everything with them including, our arrival and set up time, our specific uniform requirements and sending over a relevant insurance certificates.
Do you speak to the venue?
Yes, we will speak to the venue to arrange arrival & set up times, what to wear as well also timings of the event.
Do you use your own equipment?
Yes we do. We provide a full PA system with radio mics. All of our performers are fully insured with Public Liability cover of up to £10,000,000. All electrical equipment is also PAT tested and certificates will be sent to your venue when required.
How far do you travel?
We cover the whole of the UK as well as Europe and beyond… getting married abroad, no problem!
We can always do with topping up our tans!
There are a lot of you, can I request a specific waiter/waitress?
Yes you can, but this will be all be dependant on availability. We usually book 18 months to two years in advance and the team is ever growing.
Whichever performers you have on the day will do a fantastic job and leave you and your guests with memories to last a lifetime!
Do you serve food and/or drinks
Yes we do, the whole idea is to blend in with the venue staff so your guests do not realise who we are until we spring the surprise!
Can I keep this a secret from my partner?
Definitely! You tell only who you want to know! The less people that know we have been booked the better the surprise on the day.
How much contact do I have with you?
As much or as little as you like!

How many waiters/waitresses can I book? And does it depend on my final numbers?
We recommend a minimum of two waiters as the show always works best this way and is our most popular choice.
