We love nothing more than building a rapport with your guests and being a bit cheeky with them before revealing ourselves as Singing Waiters.
You can book singing waiters as a solo show, a duo, all of the way up to four-piece waiter spectacular. The choice is yours and we have a full range of services available.
We believe in true professionalism. Every single one of our singing waiters has been hand-picked from rigorous auditions, only the very best will do.
Blending in with the regular waiting staff, The Undercover Waiters will liaise with the Head Waiter on the day. This ensures that the delivery of food runs smoothly (until the surprise element of course). They will always communicate with you before the event to make sure we deliver exactly what it is you require on the day itself.

I booked them as a surprise for my husband and guests for our wedding yesterday and I was literally blown away with how amazing Jack was. Absolutely hilarious, everyone was involved and the conga around the wedding tables just cracked me up. The winner for me was how perfectly Jack sang stand by me, which was a request I made for my husband. 1000000000 % would book again. We had the best time EVER

28 April 2023Absolutely fantastic entertainment from Michael & Adam. I booked them as a surprise for my mums 70th birthday party! All our guests commented about how amazing they were and how no one suspected anything! They got everyone singing and dancing and made such a fantastic atmosphere! We had all ages at the party and every one joined in and enjoyed their show! Loved it 😊

Amazing service from booking to performing! Definitely recommend for entertainment value for a wedding. Breaks the ice during the meal and adds something different to your event. Michael and Adam work amazingly together and are amazing performers! I wish I could do my day all over again just to see them perform again but at least I have my videography!

20 September 2017What an absolute pleasure it was to have Adam aka Carlos perform at our wedding!! He took the whole wedding party by surprise and got everyone up on their feet! Everyone from the children to the adults found the act exciting and fun; the children particularly enjoyed him "shaking his bottom". Wow, where to even start! We first saw the undercover waiters at a wedding show and we loved them from the get go. I emailed Michael as soon as we got home to book. From the first communication Michael was incredible, he was professional yet approachable and made the whole booking experience so easy. On the day Michael & Adam were absolutely fantastic, they made our wedding 1000% better than we could have ever hoped it could be. All our guests commented on how fun they were and how much fun they’d had with them. The experience is definitely something we will never forget. My mum, whose notoriously difficult to please couldn’t stop smiling when they were preforming, which is the hugest level of praise possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael and his team to anyone who asked. 5* doesn’t even come close to it. Thank you again, Michael & Adam for being so amazing and making our wedding day dreams more than a reality.

15 March 2020We first met the Undercover Waiters at the I Do wedding fayre in Harrogate. We instantly loved them and booked them for our wedding at Hollins Hall on 7th August 2021. They lived up to every expectation and more. From the big reveal and the napkin waving to the conga line and Sweet Caroline, every single one of our guests were on their feet dancing. The Undercover Waiters were the talk of the evening reception, with many of our guests quoting that “they made the wedding”. Our only regret was not booking the platinum package so they could be with us all night long! Thank you so much Michael and Adam (Marco😂) for giving us memories to cherish for a lifetime.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we pick the songs or do you have list of songs to choose from?
This has got to be one of the most popular questions asked.
What we advise is that you take on our professional opinion and allow us to do what we do best.
Our song choices all have a reason and a purpose behind them and the set list has been crafted to ensure we have all the guests singing, dancing, napkin waving and of course doing the conga (space permitting).
A vast range of songs are sung and again this is to ensure the whole wedding party has a song they can either sing or dance along too.
Everyone loves rolling down the river to Proud Mary and singing along to My girl or Daydream Believer (trust us)!
How do you do the reveal?
Our team of skilled performers have a few tricks up our sleeve when we do our reveal.
We are also happy to work with our couples on the surprise element as sometimes you give us some fabulous ideas which we do use.
How much is the deposit and when is my final balance due?
The deposit is 20% + VAT of whichever package you choose.
The final balance is due 60 days prior to your wedding, we are also happy to spread the cost of our services on a pay monthly scheme at no extra cost.
When do you perform through the day?
We blend in seamlessly with the staff at the venue and help serve the starters and the main course, you may even find us on the doors welcoming you and your guests in to the room where the wedding breakfast is served.
The singing set and reveal takes place after the main course. This is to ensure we get maximum surprise effect and all of your guests are in the room.
I’ve booked you and paid my deposit what happens now?
You just sit back and relax knowing that you have booked some fantastic entertainment which will leave you and your guests with memories to last a lifetime.
We will be in touch with your final balance invoice approximately 90 days prior to your wedding.
The week before your big day we will contact your venue and arrange everything with them including, our arrival and set up time, our specific uniform requirements and sending over a relevant insurance certificates.
Do you speak to the venue?
Yes, we will speak to the venue to arrange arrival & set up times, what to wear as well also timings of the event.
Do you use your own equipment?
Yes we do. We provide a full PA system with radio mics. All of our performers are fully insured with Public Liability cover of up to £10,000,000. All electrical equipment is also PAT tested and certificates will be sent to your venue when required.
How far do you travel?
We cover the whole of the UK as well as Europe and beyond… getting married abroad, no problem!
We can always do with topping up our tans!
There are a lot of you, can I request a specific waiter/waitress?
Yes you can, but this will be all be dependant on availability. We usually book 18 months to two years in advance and the team is ever growing.
Whichever performers you have on the day will do a fantastic job and leave you and your guests with memories to last a lifetime!
Do you serve food and/or drinks
Yes we do, the whole idea is to blend in with the venue staff so your guests do not realise who we are until we spring the surprise!
Can I keep this a secret from my partner?
Definitely! You tell only who you want to know! The less people that know we have been booked the better the surprise on the day.
How much contact do I have with you?
As much or as little as you like!

How many waiters/waitresses can I book? And does it depend on my final numbers?
We recommend a minimum of two waiters as the show always works best this way and is our most popular choice.
